Return & Exchange Policy for Qiswa

At Qiswa, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for our products, including men’s trousers, boxers, shorts, and shirts.


1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The original bill/receipt must be provided.

  • The item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • In original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product:

    • Is defective

    • Is incorrect (wrong size or wrong item sent)

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed within 3 days.

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Original payment method (where applicable)

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another agreed method.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used, worn, or washed items

  • Items without the original receipt

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)


5. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Qiswa via WhatsApp or phone within the eligible period

  2. Share your order details and receipt

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error from Qiswa (wrong or defective item).


7. Policy Updates

Qiswa reserves the right to update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
